Which apartments are suitable for Rendrea?
Studio apartments to 5+2 bedroom apartments, located close to the city center and business districts, are available for rent. When choosing an apartment, essential tenant needs such as ease of transportation and security are taken into consideration.
How long will Rendrea rent my apartment for?
Rendrea rents your flat for a minimum of 1 year, or longer if you wish, and the contract automatically extends if both parties are satisfied.
If my apartment remains vacant, will I have a problem with payments?
According to the contract between Rendrea and the homeowners, Rendrea is responsible for renting out the property, and the necessary rent payments will be made by Rendrea to the homeowner without interruption until the contract ends.
Who is responsible for the damages to my apartment?
Rendrea focuses on corporate employees with references when selecting tenants, in line with the landlords' requests. In addition to the identity and passport information we request from our tenants, reference letters and similar documents obtained from the company are part of our security measures. These documents provide assurance for both landlords and tenants. While Rendrea pays attention to personal data privacy, it is obliged to retain the tenants' identity information. Transparency and security are always our priority in the tenant selection process.
Can I rent out my furnished apartment to Rendrea?
Rendrea takes responsibility for any damages that may arise due to tenants. For this reason, it collects a deposit from its tenants when signing a contract. In addition, we undertake routine maintenance and inspections to ensure your apartment always remains in the best condition.
Who will pay the withholding tax?
To maintain our standards and minimize organizational issues, we prefer to take over apartments unfurnished and furnish them ourselves. If the apartment you wish to rent out is furnished, we check whether the existing furniture meets the preferences and needs of our tenants and evaluate suitable options with you.
