ORDER
How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order by logging in and clicking on the "My Account" section at the top, then selecting the relevant order and product from "My Orders."
Can I make changes to the products in my order?
No changes can be made to products purchased online. You must cancel the order for the item in question and re-order the correct item you want instead.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within three days of the order date
- After logging in, click on "My Account" in the top right corner and submit your cancellation request through "My Orders" or "Support Form".
- For cancellation requests made after your order has been invoiced, the "Return Process" will apply.

What payment methods can I use?
You can create your order using two different payment methods:
- Payment by Credit/Debit Card
- Payment by Bank Transfer/EFT
DELIVERY
How Do I Manage the Delivery Process?
When the products are ready for delivery, the Blend+r team will contact you to arrange their delivery. After confirming your address and delivery details, they will deliver your order right to your door. If you are not at the confirmed address on the agreed date, our team members will contact you again to set an alternative delivery date.
How long does it take for the products to be delivered?
Product delivery times may vary depending on your region and delivery type. For long-distance shipping products and logistics deliveries, the delivery time may be extended by up to 10 days compared to standard deliveries. Long-distance delivery locations and fees may vary.
Can I Change the Address on My Order?
We accept the address you provided during the order as the delivery address. If there is any change in the address for your order, you must create a request by contacting us via the Support form or through the call center.
What are your delivery options?
At Blend+r, we deliver the products you purchase in two ways:
Delivery by Cargo
- When your order is handed over to cargo, we share the relevant cargo company and tracking number via SMS and E-mail.
- Packages with a volume of 30 Decimeter cubic and above are delivered at the building entrance due to the working methods of cargo companies.
- You should check the product when receiving it from the cargo and have a report drawn up by the cargo official if there is any problem originating from the cargo.
Delivery by Shipping
- Before the product is delivered, our team members will contact you to determine a suitable delivery date. After the delivery date is planned, we will inform you of the final delivery day again via SMS and e-mail.
- When the planned delivery day arrives, our teams will contact you again to provide information.
- For shipping deliveries that include installation, we perform the installation on the same day as the delivery.
- After the delivery and installation process is completed, we will inform you again via SMS and e-mail that your products have been delivered without any problems.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
I want to return my order, what should I do?
You can submit your return request for the product you wish to return here. After the product reaches us, the necessary checks will be made, and we will begin the refund process within 7-10 business days.
- Return process for products with shipping: For products with shipping, product returns will be handled by Blend+r teams, and after your return request is received, we will contact you to schedule the return pickup date.
- Return process for products with cargo: After your return request, we will provide you with the contracted cargo company and the return code. When returning your product, you must repackage it using the original packaging you received it in or equivalent packaging.
When Does a Refund Occur?
Once the returned product reaches us completely, the refund process begins. Refund acceptance is usually completed within 7-10 days. For payments made by credit card, the refund is made within 1-3 business days. For bank transfer payments, your refund will be credited to your account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank. The reflection of your refund on the credit card you used for payment may vary depending on the banks, and Blend+r has no involvement in these periods.
