CANCELLATION / RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is no need to worry.
For any reason, you can return the product you purchased. Our return process is very simple and fast!
You can initiate your return and exchange requests using the "Request a Return" button located in the "My Account" section, which contains your personalized information.
You can initiate your cancellation requests by filling out the Cancellation/Return Form.
Please keep the original packaging of the products for a while. We accept returns of products in their original packaging.
You must send the return shipment with Yurtiçi Kargo, which has an agreement with Blend&R, or Blend&R Shipping.
Our return policy is quite flexible.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 30 days. However, it is important that the product has no damage and has not been customized.

0-14 gün içinde yapılan iadelerde nakliye masrafları bizim tarafımızdan karşılanırken, 15-30 gün arasındaki iadelerde masrafları sizin karşılamanız gerekiyor. Özelleştirilmiş ürünlerde iade süreci biraz daha farklı işliyor, ancak yine de sizin için en uygun çözümü bulmak için elimizden geleni yapıyoruz. Ödemenizi nasıl yaptıysanız, iade de aynı şekilde yapılır. Nakit ödemelerde Havale/EFT şeklinde geri ödeme yapılırken, kredi/banka kartı ile ödemelerde iade aynı kartınıza yapılır.
