1. Kimyasal İçermeyen Temizleyiciler Kullanın
Kimyasal temizleyiciler ve ağır leke çıkarıcılar ürününüzün kumaşına zarar verebilir. Bu nedenle yalnızca doğal ve hafif temizleyiciler tercih ediniz.

2. Renk ve Ton Farklılıkları Normaldir
Üretim süreçlerinden kaynaklanan ve kabul edilen toleranslar dahilinde farklı lotlar arasında hafif renk ve ton farklılıkları olabilmektedir.

3. Ürünü Isı Kaynaklarından ve Güneş Işığından Koruyun
Mobilyanızı direkt güneş ışığına ve ısı kaynaklarına maruz bırakmaktan kaçının. Güneş ışığı kumaşın solmasına neden olabilir, bu yüzden mobilyanızı daha uzun süre korumak için gölge bir alanda kullanmayı tercih ediniz.

Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation of our products are free of charge in districts within Istanbul. For deliveries to other provinces, a delivery fee is added to the cart total.
Your product will be delivered to the delivery address you specified. You will receive information regarding the delivery date and time through the contact details you provided during the purchase.
Products that do not require installation, such as coffee tables, poufs, cushions, etc., are shipped with national cargo companies operating in Turkey.
Shipping times for products sent via cargo may vary between 1-5 business days on average, depending on the delivery region. After the product is handed over to cargo, you can view the delivery date of the product from the tracking area of the relevant cargo company using the cargo tracking number sent to you via SMS and e-mail.
If your delivery address is in a village, town, or a remote location far from the city center where cargo deliveries cannot be made, the cargo will be brought to the nearest central branch. In this case, we will contact you to either pick up your product from there or provide a new address. You must pick up your cargo within the specified period. Otherwise, your product will be returned, initiating the return process.
After your delivery and installation are completed, we send you an SMS stating that you have received your products without any problems or that the solution process for your issue has been initiated, along with a code to confirm this. If you believe there is another problem with your product, you may choose not to share the code and have our teams open a record regarding your problem at that moment.
In case a problem is detected during delivery, the problem must be specified by you on the delivery form provided by our delivery team.
Packages with a volume of 30 deciliters or more are delivered at the building entrance due to the operating procedures of cargo companies.
We expect you to check the product at the moment of receipt and, if there is a problem caused by the cargo, to refuse the product and have a report drawn up by the cargo company official.
