Delivery and Installation
Delivery and assembly of our products are free of charge in districts within Istanbul. For deliveries to other provinces, a delivery fee is added to the cart total.
Your product will be delivered to the shipping address you provided. You will receive information regarding the delivery date and time through the contact details you provided during the purchase.
Products that do not require assembly, such as coffee tables, poufs, cushions, etc., are shipped with national cargo companies operating in Turkey.
Delivery times for products shipped by cargo may vary between 1-5 business days on average, depending on the delivery region. After the product is shipped, you can view the delivery date of the product using the cargo tracking number sent to you via SMS and e-mail through the tracking area of the relevant cargo company.
If your delivery address is in a village, town, or a remote location far from the city center where cargo companies cannot deliver, the cargo will be brought to the nearest central branch. In this case, we will contact you to either pick up your product from there or provide a new address. You need to pick up your cargo within the specified period. Otherwise, the product will be returned, initiating the return process.
After your delivery and assembly are completed, we send you an SMS indicating that you have received your products without any problems or that the resolution process for your issue has been initiated, along with a code to confirm this. If you believe there is another problem with your product, you can choose not to share the code and have our teams open a record for your issue at that moment.
If a problem is noticed during delivery, you must specify the problem on the delivery form provided by our delivery team.
Packages with a volume of 30 deciliters or more are delivered at the building door due to the operating procedures of cargo companies.
We expect you to check the product as soon as you receive it and, if there is a problem caused by the cargo, to refuse the product and have a report drawn up by the cargo company official.
Payment and Installment
We confirm your order after payment processing is complete. You can order and pay through our website and showrooms using your preferred payment method from the options below:

Payment by credit card / debit card: When creating your order, you can pay in installments with a deferred interest charge on your credit card*. You can review the installment options and deferred interest rates clearly when you reach the payment stage.

Furniture, rugs, and lighting products are covered by the Blend+r Warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery to your home.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You must submit your cancellation request within 3 business days from the date of your order. You can also return the product within 14 days after receiving it.
Return conditions for customized products:
For customized products, to avoid rejecting our customers' return requests, we reserve the right to accept returns by deducting a 30% customization/disassembly fee from the product's price. This request is valid for 14 days after the delivery date.
Beds, pillows, mattress protectors, duvet cover sets, and quilts are personalized products and cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
